Villa Chiugi – Gran Cru identifies a selection of excellence: olives harvested and cold-pressed exclusively through mechanical processes, in full respect of tradition and fruit integrity. It is a superior category Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from olives grown in our territory.

Mount Amiata is the cradle of Olivastra Seggianese, an ancient and resilient native cultivar capable of expressing great finesse even at high altitudes. The olive trees grow in a ventilated and luminous environment, on mineral soils that enhance purity and aromatic clarity.

Villa Chiugi Gran Cru – Superior Category Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A premium single-cultivar extra virgin olive oil, obtained from Olivastra Seggianese, a unique native variety of Mount Amiata. Light, elegant and rounded fruitiness, with vegetal notes of artichoke and almond. It draws freshness and character from calcareous soils of volcanic origin. Ideal raw on fish dishes, salads, pinzimonio, soups and carpaccio. On simply cooked meats it enhances flavor without overpowering, accompanying with balance and elegance.
