Alfredo Serica
Ownership & Finance

An Italian-Swiss professional active in international finance, specializing in M&A operations and private wealth management (family office).

He has operated in cross-border contexts, developing long-term investment strategies focused on the creation of tangible value.

He is the owner of Villa Chiugi in Seggiano, the original core of the AURAL project, where investment translates into agricultural vision and entrepreneurial development.

Stefano Remigi
Project Curator / General Manager

A strategic and financial consultant specialized in the wine sector, he is Founder & CEO of N&C Wine Partner.

From 2021 to 2023 he served as Vice President of Crurated, where he developed the Italian market by building direct relationships with some of the most relevant national producers, with a focus on Piedmont and Tuscany.

At AURAL he is responsible for general management, positioning and strategic development of the project.

Jacopo Vagaggini
Oenology

An established oenologist in the Italian landscape, recognized for an approach that combines technical rigor and territorial sensitivity.

He collaborates with leading wineries and develops projects aimed at the highest expression of wine identity.

At AURAL he defines the oenological style and supervises the entire winemaking process.

Giampiero Pazzaglia
Operations

A manager with consolidated operational experience in leading Italian wine companies.

He has held operational leadership roles in companies such as ColleMassari, Poggio di Sotto and Grattamacco, with additional experience at Argiano.

At AURAL he coordinates production organization and operational processes.

Federico Rubegni
Agronomy

An agronomist specialized in quality viticulture, with experience in sustainable vineyard management.

His approach is based on the balance between soil, plant and microclimate, with targeted and non-invasive interventions.
